What we collect
AnyPager stores only what it needs to deliver your pages:
- Your email address (for sign-in).
- Your workspace memberships, invitations, roles, groups, schedules, and overrides.
- The alerts you send, their recipients, delivery attempts, Ack/Resolve owner, and history.
- Device names and Apple push notification tokens for the devices you pair.
- Workspace subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers.
- If you join the launch waitlist: your email address, the time you submitted it, the IP address it came from, and the time you confirmed it — our record that you consented.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to run the service: authenticating you, resolving group and on-call routing, delivering push notifications to responder devices, and managing workspace subscriptions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
A waitlist address is used only to announce the iPhone app launch, and only once you confirm it: we email you a confirmation link, and an address that is never confirmed is deleted after seven days. Email privacy@beecrow.llc and we delete a confirmed address and its consent record outright.
Third parties
We share the minimum necessary data with Apple Push Notification service (delivery), Stripe (billing), Resend (sign-in emails), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data only to provide their function.
Retention & your rights
Alert history is automatically deleted after 90 days and expired invitations are removed. You can unpair a device or leave eligible workspaces without affecting other memberships. Account deletion is available after transferring or deleting every workspace for which you are the sole Owner; workspace Owners can separately delete their workspace.
